AFLAC’s BenExtend Plan bolsters your employees’ coverage with supplemental benefits that standard health plans don’t cover. The base coverage is 100% paid for by Innoworks as a client benefit for all client employees who opt-in to the coverage plan
This plan features the most actively used benefits of Accident, Hospital Indemnity and Critical Illness insurance, consolidated into one simple plan. The plan includes benefits for hospital admission and confinement, ambulance, fractures, and more, plus a lump sum payment for a covered critical illness such as cancer, heart attack, stroke, kidney failure, etc.
