Underpinning Tom’s colorful career is a unifying set of principles, which prioritize community development above all else. He believes in treating clients as partners, and hopes that through hard work and the right mindset, anything is possible.

Like Innoworks, Tom lives to serve. He built his storied career around a desire to help others. Before coming to Innoworks Tom served as Director of Marketing for Commonwealth Health First Hospital Medical Center, where his empathetic and personable demeanor made him a naturally talented salesman, advocate, and leader.

In 2010 Tom made a monumental career shift, when he was invited by a friend to help in the acquisition of a professional employer organization. Tom proved to be a critical asset in the process, and was later given a leadership role at the company.

Today Tom applies his decades of experience in client advocacy and corporate leadership to empower small and medium sized businesses across the country with the tools they need to succeed. Tom’s team works hard to help clients acquire workers’ comp, manage human resources, maintain regulatory compliance, and identify opportunities for growth. They believe that there’s no such thing as a one size fits all solution for streamlining operations. As such, they work with each client to create individualized strategies for success.
